Fulfillment policy

How Neurocollective delivers its IP-based programs and software products, handles payments, and processes refunds.

Products and programs: Neurocollective is an IP and data company. We provide software products and licensed programs: behavioral diagnostics (n.print, n.team, n.score, n.action), AIE certification programs, and the n.judgment MCP subscription. Client services are delivered by certified partners under their own agreements. Engagements with Neurocollective beyond direct digital purchases are scoped in writing before work begins.
Delivery: Digital products are delivered electronically. Diagnostic access is provided by email or link promptly after purchase or roster submission. Certification program access is provided at enrollment, and credentials are issued upon completion and verifiable at cert.neurocollective.ai. Partner and enterprise engagements are delivered according to the schedule in the agreement.
Scheduling and confirmation: A program or cohort start date is confirmed once the agreement is signed and any required payment is received.
Payment: Direct digital purchases are paid at checkout. Invoiced engagements follow the terms of the engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, deposits are due at booking and the balance is due on or before delivery.
Cancellation and rescheduling: Cancellations of scheduled programs made more than 30 days before the start date may reschedule within 12 months at no additional fee. Cancellations inside 30 days may forfeit the deposit, as program capacity is reserved. Neurocollective will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests caused by circumstances beyond either party's control.
Refunds: For digital products purchased directly, a refund is available within 30 days of purchase if assessment or program access has not been used. After 30 days, purchases are not refundable. Refund requests should be sent to the email address below and will be acknowledged within five business days.
Engagements under agreement: Partner, enterprise, and program engagements are governed by their written agreements. Where an agreement's terms differ from this policy, the agreement controls, including delivery, cancellation, and refunds.
